"Real" headlines are quoted from third-party news outlets for the purpose of commentary and a guessing game, and are always attributed with a link to the source. The copyright in those headlines and articles belongs to their publishers. "Fake" headlines are fictional works generated for the game; any resemblance to real persons or events is coincidental. Fictional headlines must not be reproduced as if they were news.

The game, its design, code and fictional headlines are © WASD s. r. o. You may share your results and screenshots freely for personal, non-commercial purposes.

No warranty

The site is provided "as is", for fun. We make no promises that it will be available at all times, error-free, or that every classification of a headline as real or fake is correct. To the fullest extent permitted by law we exclude liability for any loss arising from use of the site.

Fair use of the API
